About the Protected Airway
In the world of emergency airway, there’s an important difference between knowing the path and walking the path. That’s why PAC is built around a single simple idea: that airway knowledge is useless if it can’t be successfully translated into action during the stressful, critical, and time-sensitive moments when it matters most. We created PAC in the belief that your airway training should function in the real world; that achieving effective knowledge translation requires a training platform that focuses on how you learn, and not just what you learn.

Six Learning Installations are now part of the course. Each one is theme-based and includes coaching stations and simulation challenges.
- Join the OxygeNATION
- Own the Head of the Bed
- Anatomically Difficult Airway
- Physiologically Difficult Airway
- Situationally Difficult Airway
- Pediatric Airway

A Learning Style Built for the Next Generation
Each of our uniquely immersive, interactive, and self-directed learning installations explores an important theme in airway care, and together, they present all the core concepts and skills necessary to master any airway emergency.
The learning installations transform the current learning space by seeking design inspiration far outside of traditional medical education in order to enhance our current teaching styles, and to promote the rapid translation of essential knowledge and complex skills into patient care.
The Protected Airway Course
We merge digital and physical space to create self-directed, immersive, interactive and collaborative learning experiences that meet the next generation of learners where they live. We seek design inspiration far outside of traditional medical education in order to enhance our current learning styles, and promote the rapid translation of complex skills into patient care.
